Fat flush waters are all the rage. It makes getting your daily water in easier and tasty plus gives you the benefits of whatever fruits or vegetables you have added to it.
This one includes:
1 grapefruit - can substitute with lemon or lime
1 tangerine - can substitute with orange
1/2 of Large Cucumber
1 Medium Mango - Great Fat Burner!
4 sprigs mint leaves
Wash, peel and slice up the fruit and cucumber into thin slices. Add the slices and mint leaves to a container that holds a one gallon then fill with water! Let it sit for a little bit and then enjoy! Keep it refrigerated and when finished refill with water and drink another jug!
You do not have to peel your fruit but if you feel it leaves the water bitter then you can peel some of it.
